First, some
CONTEXT
Albert’s Schloss is the best place to go on a night out.
It just is.
The (accurately) self-titled “Bier and Pleasure Palace”, Schloss is an Alpine-inspired beer hall with the best selection of European biers outside the countries themselves. It’s packed seven days a week, soundtracked by some of the most unique live entertainment you can experience.
We’ve been lucky enough to work with them for nearly three years, along with Mission Mars’s other brand, Rudy’s Pizza. And while it’d be impossible to cover everything we’ve done, here are some of our highlights from the time working with them so far.
OUR
APPROACH
BUILDING THE BRAND during oktoberfest
Outside of the usual peak times like Christmas and New Year's Eve, Oktoberfest is the brand’s big ‘moment’ of the year.
It’s their month to shout about Bavarian decadence and lean in to all the things that makes Schloss, Schloss.
We built awareness of all the mad shenanigans taking place, while also driving table bookings and encouraging walk ins.
And by using dynamic creative and testing different messaging angles, we found what worked and scaled it. Simple as that.

FINDING FANS
At a time where social algorithms are forever tightening the grip on organic reach, a high quality email database is more important than ever. Particularly for hospitality brands.
We do our bit to grow that with dedicated lead generation campaigns across both Facebook and Instagram, using Instant Forms across for the slickest process. Up to date audience profile data is used for targeting, while actively excluding anyone already signed up to avoid wasted spend.
Plus the only incentive to sign up is to be entered into a monthly draw for a gift voucher. No free-for-all giveaway - we’re focused on quality, not just quantity.

HITTING LONDON HARD
After being a Northern stalwart for nearly a decade, Schloss made the big move to London back in the summer of 2024. And in typical Schloss style, they didn't do half measures with a 700 capacity, two floored venue opening in the heart of Soho.
We worked with them across both paid social and PPC to build awareness of the opening, drive footfall, and get Londoners through the doors. The challenge? London's packed with bars. The opportunity? Schloss is different to everything else out there.
We leaned into what makes Schloss special - the live entertainment, the unrivalled bier selection, the atmosphere and targeted people in London who’d love it. From commuters passing through Soho to tourists looking for drinks after the theatre, we made sure they knew Schloss had arrived.
They are now the go-to place on Shaftesbury Avenue.

AND
DID IT WORK?
We've written a case study. So of course it did.
SOME NOT-So-SUBTLE
SOCIAL PROOF
Good n Proper are a valuable partner across both our brands. With their deep knowledge of hospitality digital marketing, they've been integral to our growth and success and we’d recommend them to anyone wanting proactively and high performance.

THAT'S
YOUR LOT
If you’re a hospitality brand and looking for digital marketing support, hit us up.
And most importantly, if you’re ever in Soho, Manchester, Liverpool or Birmingham, get yourself to Albert’s Schloss.
Just don’t make ambitious plans for the next day.
